I used to get my mastectomy bras here. However, I was told they do not honor my secondary insurance BCBS, Last year.
Has that changed? I was very disappointed in this decision by corporate. Why would they do this?
I rated a 5 star until I was told they could no longer provide me with service using my Medicare and BCBS coverage.

I have Lori in the Mastectomy Prosthesis department in Gaylord, MI (she serves other areas in Northern MI as well). She was so very kind and helpful and sets up schedules etc. so it is easy and less stressful to get what you need. I very much appreciate all her efforts.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
