my home oxygen was stole by serenity springs when place had to close down and all residents had to move out in 1 day. I need a home concentrator now with distilled water bottle asap to see if wellcare pays for one my number is 9893955149

I've been dealing with them for 5 yrs. Customer Service has much to be desired when you have a problem, sure if you want to order supplies they're lickity split to help you make your order but other wise they don't want to talk and will pass you through phone to phone to phone till they wear you out. Be-Ware !!!

They had my script from my doc (over two weeks) to contact me so that I could order supplies again . . . and told me to have the doctor fax over a script, when he already did. Then told just kidding. . . that I was on the "Will Call" list, but that I probably didn't want to be called? Duh . . . who says this. Then told she found the script and said they will send out everything. I asked what is everything??? Said I just need hose, face mask and filter. She said okay. Then she told me I had the "pillow mask". I told her that was over two years ago; that this order was written for a full face mask. She told me again "just kidding" she sees it is for a full mask. No apologies for confusion or not looking into it; just saying anything off the top of her head from previous order two years ago. I can only imagine what I will find in the mail.

Very disappointed in service. Always sending wrong supplies never a follow up . Always had to call to replace masks . Now they are refusing service because I'm on Medicare ! My machine not working right they don't care , want me to do without I guess . Said I have to pay up front for rental then pay for all repairs. I just noticed the machine was refurbished to begin with. But charged for new . I'd stay away from this co. Delt with for over 10 yrs. because sales person was a friend mr. D.H. Now I know.

I have had excellent results with Senior Home Health Care. I have recently purchased a CPAP from them. Wonderful therapist, she came right to my house and showed me everything that I had to know about using my PAP machine. I had to go to their building and get fitting with a mask as i was having problem with mine. My therapist has been very good to me and has helped me find the correct mask for me.
I would recommend them to all when getting a CPAP machine. Thanks Freida.

This is a wonderful company. Unlike other companies, they send your supplies to you overnight. They come to your home to set you up and adjust your cpap pressures. They call each month to tell you what you are eligible for and ask what you want them to send you. Everyone we have dealt with has been kind, caring, and happy! I highly recommend them!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. Took forever to get someone to call me back for my initial meeting with respiratory therapist. They set me up with the prescribed CPAP and mask and then proceeded to send me the wrong supplies EVERY month. After numerous phone calls I could never get this resolved. They billed my insurance for the parts and never credited things back.
