The person at their customer services was not helpful, nor wanted to listen to what we had to say. When asked for her name she would not tell us. She also pretty much refused to get her manager. I would never use them if it was my choice.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
