I was caught up in the united healthcare departure from allegiance. What happened was I had Medicaid Obamacare Medicaid and United healthcare left allegiance so therefore I lost my medical and I was set up on a payment plan for a CPAP machine which ended up once United healthcare left The payments are no longer being paid on my CPAP Brown's called me and demanded the machine I needed the machine after a year my VA benefits finally showed up so the VA gave me a brand New CPAP and I tried to return to CPAP to Brown's they said it was too old and then they said they get back to me about returning it but they never did it sent me to collections and now currently they're taking $600 a month out of my paycheck which I'm only making 1200 a month for their blood money so do I have a good review for these people know they're crooked as the day is long. Now do I have sour grapes about this possibly but I don't think so. The machine sitting in a basket in my room just sitting there not being used perfectly good machine . And browns is getting their blood money all $1800 of it so beware who you're dealing with and make sure your medical solid because if your medical gets pulled. These people have no conscience have a nice day

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their answers as well as the amount of information they had to offer me. I will definitely be a customer of theirs for a lifetime. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
