Poor service and uninformed staff!

Had issues with billing. They never call back. Other people were unable to help me over the phone because they couldn't access the billing. I find out that they didn't know how. Talked to a Kristi in the Holland office and within 2 min she had the whole situation resolved. Very good customer service there. Definitely recommend. She was obviously trained well and is very knowledgeable about their computer system.

If I could indicate no stars I absolutely would. The customer service provided by this company is apalling. I was asked to return supplies, I did not request, to their facility today, in order to credit back my insurance. This is a bit challenging as I live several states away. Beware of a ridiculous 5 day return policy, which includes any transit time, and never mind if this isn't top of mind as you care for your loved one. I will be contacting my insurance company to complain and hope they may re-coup the wasted dollars.

We have been getting medical supplies from airway sence 2008 and in the last 6 month have not been very happy with them, the monthly supplies they have been sending are very cheaply made. 3rd day of using a leg bag, my husband smells like urine. In 7 years never had that problem, called About it and was told that's all they can get. Same thing with his catheters, they told me they were the same one. Well I have eyes, they were not the same color and they were stiff and the. Catheter goes in his stomach to his bladder and the catheter was so stiff it would stand straight up. Really it's the same. They won't even try to get different supplies for you. Went get one of my husbands wheel chairs fixed April 9th and left his other one to get fixed as we live 2 hrs away. Have called 3 times about it. Went up there today May 7 th to get a part put on his little chair and guess what the parts for his big chair has not even been ordered. Yes 4 weeks later and the chair is still setting there. We have already changed where we get our supplies and guess what when this chair is fixed, that will be the last time we go back to airway, I questioned the lady today about my husbands chair and she would not even look at me. All she said to me was I have not ordered the part yet. 4 weeks what have you been doing, cause the guy that fixes them had the batteries in it 3 weeks ago. This is the second time this has happened to us with this lady and it's the last. My husband is paralyzed and that's all he has to get around in. He can't go outside in his little one cause it's so ruff riding. We live on a farm and the little one don't go far. I would love to put this lady in a wheelchair and say go for it without the part. Live the life of a person that depends on a wheelchair. We have chaged our supply company to care link and it is so amazing they can get the supplies that we used to get that are better quality. This company and its staff have no problem discriminating against those someone with disabilities and or individuals on Medicaid programs. There staff will do wvrythinf they can to make they very known and will even drop a person from there medical need being meet if you file a coma point with there corporate office. Intact airway oxygen corproate office will fully endorse there staff actions to the fullest and cover it up by stopping a person from getting tge McCain supplies they need. Be very afraid for your family if anyone suggest that you go for his company.
