I would give them negative stars if I could. Customer service is beyond horrible. They are rude, lose orders, do not communicate well with customers and could care less about patients who need supplies. I am so frustrated dealing with them. I don't understand how a company can operate with such horrible customer service and carelessness. . GO elsewhere if you can. For me, it's a matter of a company taking my insurance and being local, so I don't have a lot of options, therefore I am stuck still after several weeks dealing with these totally nasty, airheads customer service reps.at Demarks just trying to make an order.

Denmark is the worst place i have ever dealt with. The people i talk with are so rude. they have no idea what is going on. and they couldnt care less. Everytime i call there is an issue with them either not knowing anything about my situation and i am told different things by different people. Worst Place everrrrrrrrrrr
