I have rented Lincare pulmonary products for 2 years and I am really happy with their service. Recently my portable oxygen tank had a problem. I spoke to 2 kind, helpful employees, Lychia and Queen (forgive any spelling errors). They sent another wonderful, helpful, new employee, Lewis, to the house to pick up my faulty tank and he delivered regular tanks for me to use. He took his time to explain how to use the tanks, and I used one the next day at a long doctor's appointment. My only suggestion for the Lincare company would be to have backup portable tanks that can be used while the parent company in Florida fixes or replaces the broken ones! Us old, frail customers have trouble carrying the cylinders.
