I cannot get BP Gamma to return phone calls or emails

BP GAMMA is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They almost never answer phones. Last October, they sent me a resupply but forgot to include filters for my CPAP. I called and after about a half hour finally got through. I called to get the filters they did not supply. The person I spoke with told me I was no longer a customer of BP GAMMA and that I was now a customer of Sleep Central, a division of Rotech. OK, thanks for letting me know.
I called Sleep Central and am now waiting for my resupply. But now BP GAMMA keeps calling me to let me know that it’s time to reorder. I have attempted to call them but getting anyone is impossible.
Such an awful company.

BP Gamma has gone from bad to worse. I have been receiving supplies form this company for the past four years. I always had challenges over the years when ordering supplies as I would leave voice messages, and it would take days before someone returns my call. However, since 11/2020 it has gotten worse. I would leave several messages, and no one calls me back. It would take weeks and leaving multiple messages just to order 3 and 6 months supplies. I even tried e-mailing individuals regarding supplies, and did not consistently get a response. I recently needed to replace my sleep machine, and it took one month before getting a response (after calling multiple times). My insurance company also left multiple messages on my behalf, but no one called them back. Once I finally received the machine, I had adverse reactions as the settings were not correct, and this was after I asked the BP Gamma representative if the settings were correct. I was then told that my settings were corrected after looking in my old machine, and I was still experiencing adverse reactions. I requested if I can have the exact model as my old machine, and I was told that the request was passed on to the appropriate person. One month passed, and I never heard from anyone. I had to keep e-mailing and calling so that I can have assistance with this matter. It has been a couple months, and I am still having issues with the machine. Additionally, I learned one week ago, that the settings in the replacement machine is still incorrect even after I was told that they were corrected. There are so many other issues that I have been experiencing with this company and it is not acceptable. This is the first time I have ever written a review about a company on-line, but I felt the need to because no one should never have to experience this.

DO NOT BUY FROM BP Gamma. BP Gamma doesn’t seem to care about their mistakes. They have shipped out incorrect supplies at least 5 times to me in the past. They are very difficult to get ahold of and don’t respond to voicemails for days at times. I don’t think they truly care that their equipment is medically necessary for my health. They only supply lip service. Their actions don’t match their fake sincerity.

Rude, arrogant, incompetent, and proud of it. Totally messed up a routine reorder of supplies. I found a customer care rep who came up with a resolution. Two hours later, a supervisor from the messed-up order processing department called me to say that the customer care rep was wrong and the order would take at least another week and a half to process. He sounded indignant that I would expect better. I said, "I think I should just cancel this order and find another supplier." Response: "Fine." (Click.) I called back the next business morning looking for the helpful customer care rep, and the receptionist told me she had instructions to route any calls from me to the rude supervisor, and to no one else. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Weeks to get a return call for anything. Supplies delivered in 3-5 business days? Try two weeks. Scheduled deliveries? No. Asked to have my mask fit checked and was told to talk to my PCP. What? Sent and billed for supplies I've been telling them for over two years I don't need. I had to call each month and beg on the phone for supplies because they will only issue you two filters at a time/per month. CPAP filters are good for two weeks. Going for six weeks using the same filter because they won't let you order them until a months been up, and it takes two weeks to get them, is constantly risking my health. The years I've been dealing with them has been a nightmare and it's constantly getting worst. I've sent them e-mails and get to response. I call and instantly get sent to voice mail. Get a response after leaving 3 messages but it's a week later. I left them for good this month. Found my supplies for 1/5 the price on Amazon without going through insurance and I get them in two days. Hands down the worst customer service ever.

Very hard to get a reply. When calling I have had to leave a message and no one calls back. Sending emails does no good either, they are not answered. Once you get to talk to someone the service is great but it takes a long time.

After being told the cost to get sheduled to learn about my CPAC , the visit went marvelous! I was very clear that the amount I had to pay to get started put me in a hell of a Financial bond, and instead of having automatic delivery, I would call when I needed supplies.Ok that worked out once, picked up once and ordered by phone automatic ( meaning they called me and gave me prompts to order.That was aleast 6 to 7 weeks ago.No order has been delivered.Placed a call to the business end,2wks. Ago ,no one has responded. At one point in this past year, I was sending boxes back, because I hadn't ordered anything! Getting to the BIGGER problem with this company is, I didn't have to walk throughput​ the doors with over$600 dollars in the first​ place! THEY had billed me over a hundred dollars more than my actual copay!!!
