I received a CPAP from Bay State Medical well over a year ago. They followed-up only once and that was well over a half year ago. It would be nice if hey provided better service. Other providers regularly call to follow-up at least every 3 months.

I purchased a power chair from Bay State Medical. I am happy with the chair but, after 2 years of ownership, I am very unhappy with the service response I have received from Bay State. My only mobility is through the use of this chair. When I have a serious problem with the performance of my chair, I need access to someone to discuss a possible solution. However, I leave a message at Bay State Medical in the morning and frequently many times more before getting a response. I have gone as long as 3 days before getting a return call. After finally making contact, I was promised a return call before the day was over. I never received the call.

Bay State shows no appreciation for the needs of the handicapped. Since I can't walk, I am completely dependent on my chair to get around. When I'm having problems, I need a quick response. I don't get it from Bay State Medical. Even if they don’t have an answer at that moment or know how to proceed, it’s important to keep me informed. If I’m not able to go anyplace for a while, I need to know that but Bay State Medical does not recognize that need, Therefore, I suggest you take your business to a more responsive facility.
