I was billed by Advance Home Oxygen for a walker which I never asked for, or requested in any way. My insurance covers all medical supplies but for some reason they could not get the billing issue resolved. At that time, since I never used or even removed the tags from the walker I informed the "accounts payable" clerk that I would simply return their walker as it was in unused, brand new condition and since I was recovering from spinal surgery I was not willing to be harassed or stressed over a walker that I never wanted in the first place, and had been assured by both my insurance company and the hospital that the walker was covered under my current policy. At this time, she screamed "WHATEVER!" in my ear, and slammed the receiver down. True to my word, I returned the property and asked to speak to the proprietor of the establishment. A bitter old hulk of a man emerged from the back, he cursed at me repeatedly, made numerous threats and disparaging remarks , yet was unwilling to continue this course of action once I focused the lens of my video camera upon him. I would avoid not only doing business with this establishment, I would avoid doing business with anyone who DOES business with this establishment. I can't imagine how somebody who treats the public so poorly could be running a business in Annapolis. Sad and sickening.
