My husband, who is on oxygen 24/7 and I joined some other senior friends at a cottage in Harpswell for a weeks vacation. Our local Lincare oxygen provider had set us up with Lincare of Falmouth, Maine to provide an in-house concentrator as well as handle whatever needs that he might need while in Maine. The equipment arrived exactly when requested (cottage occupancy was for 3 p.m.), had worked with me by phone to determine what other needs he might have, and then caring and courteously handled replacement of the first concentrator that failed and were standing by to provide tank oxygen when the area experienced a power outage. All contacts made with Rick and employee Jason were pleasant, professional, and comforting in an emergency situation. If I lived in that area of Maine, I would definitely work with this oxygen supplier. Thanks Rick so much for all of your assistance - allowing us to enjoy a week away in a beautiful peaceful spot.

Very poor customer service. They seem to be bothered by visitors. Parking was an issue that they refused to address.

They are TERRIBLE with customer service. Their name should be DON'TCARE not Lincare! Rude and do not show up for appointments. Will NOT come out to help with machines. We are no longer with them BUT have yet to tell them! They will find out soon when we show up with our machine to drop off to them. We would NOT recommend them to anyone for anything!

The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced. It's been three months trying to get medical supplies. It's been one excuse after the other. I've done everything they've asked including having my Dr's. office call them and they still can get it right. I have called numerous times and even visited their office in person. They tell me everything is in order and I should receive the supplies in the mail. After a couple weeks I call their office and something else needs to be done and then the assure me the supplies will be shipped out. I have even gotten a letter from my Insurance Company saying that everything is in order on their end. Three months later nothing. Awful, awful company and customer service!!!!!!! They don't even deserve a one star rating.
