i am very frustrated right now.
I ordered a new supply of cannula's (4) on May 9th. I did not receive them and called again on June 3rd and was told they had been shipped but they had to come via MA.
I called on June 9th to say that I still had not received them, so they sent some out Express Mail.
Today is June 13th I still have not received either the original package or the Express mailing, I called again, and am being sent another package Express Mail today.
In the meantime the one I am using is rigid and very difficult to keep in my nose at night besides being uncomfortable.
Five weeks to get supplies from Ellswoth to Meddybemps,about 94 miles!!!!
I have not had this trouble before, they always arrived in a couple of weeks.

It's hard to get them on the phone. They rarely return phone calls. Some (but not all) of their front desk staff are rude and patronizing.

The staff is pleasant and welcoming. Internal systems stink. I called to reorder C-pap supplies. Because I had a new provider I was told they would take care of getting a new script,. A month went by and I called to see what was wrong. It was unclear who had not done what. They said they would do it that day. I called and alerted my provider. Two days later my provider called to say they had seen nothing. I called again to see where they sent it. Wrong number. When I gave the correct one, the person said, "Oh, that's why it bounced back." ???? So still using broken mask held together by Gorilla Tape. This is not the first time. Sigh.
