Had CHAMPVA Insurance everything we great, then I became eligible for Medicare and they paid 80% and CHAMPVA was to pay20%. Was told to get a new prescription and Dr. said for her to call his Nurse and tell her what she needed. She told me she was tired of fooling with My Dr. and me and was going to send for my C-Pap machine and my oxygen machine. She sent the Van out and picked it up leaving me with out oxygen or anything

I will never go back for C-Pap supplies. Slow service, act as if it is painful to help with problems. Tried to get a new mask, my prescription was up to date, yet they needed another one. According to my doctor the prescription they had was good. All I got was a run around. Took my business to Cooley Medical whom auto ships my supplies when due.
Not very professional!

While I was there, they kept trying to get me to buy stuff that I didn't want. . I wasn't able to get all of my questions answered the time I was there. I ended up leaving even more confused and frustrated. It was fairly easy to find my way there. They didn't have affordable prices at all. They overcharge their customers.. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The staff obviously was sales oriented and trying to up sell rather than address the need.
