We received a message that my husbands CPap was ready to be picked up. When he got there it indeed was not ready, so he ran some errands and returned. It still was not ready. After waiting a while on it ,they handed it to him in a bag and said to go home and watch the DVD. No information or teaching given. Very disappointed with the service.

I felt they took pride in their office's appearance. It was organized and taken care of. Their level of customer service here in the office was good, but follow up and checking to see if I needed supplies almost non-existent. Despite their oversight, I would recommend them to people I know.
