have ordered supplies a month ago . have called numrous times. always good service over 7 years and now i dont know whats going on. my deductable starts over agin in a few weeks then i will have to pay more. recently person whom answered phone said i needed to fax in info. then later i found i have a life ling prescript and they were sorry for mix-up. i need my supplies now managers please help.
