Do not do business with this company. I have yet to receive my "start up" filters for my Bi-pap. I have been in office and called them several times in the last 5 MONTHS. Still nothing received from them. As soon as my machine is paid for (06/01/2016) , I am switching suppliers. Terrible as in NO SERVICE. I live in Indiana and called the number and I was speaking to Jonathan in California. Switched to supplies and hung up on.

Terrible service. Telephone service is automated services and hard to speak to live person.

I have now waited over a month for supplies, The staff stated that prior insurance approval was needed and they would apply. That never happen.
After five phone calls( not including Tricare Insurance) hopefully supplies on the way. (Just noting your incompetence)

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, they could have used some continuing education

They were decent, but not very affordable

Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere
