My daughter got a wheelchair that didn't really fit her. These folks did a thorough measurements adjusted the speed and the guy repositioned the controller and gave suggestions for how they could replace the seat and he didn't charge anything. We will be working with them again.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
