I've reviewed this company once before. And as almost the other reviews it is pretty dreadful. If you are like me-on medicare and medicare advantage, it does require more rules, regulations, and jumps over barrels. But, after yelling at the employees, I've seen how much they would really prefer to be part of a well run, responsive, great organization. And all I suggest to these frustrated staffers that Human Resources has to become pro-active and open up communication and take the positive approach with employees and management. The ball ultimately is in managements court, and I hope that can lead to success. Work becomes enjoyable when people work in a good environment. I hope that is going to be realized-sooner the better.
A disaster that is hard to believe. Failure to respond to customers, often lies-but only because this business is not run like a business and employees are not given the support they need to do a good job. Lincare needs to decide if they are, indeed in a business! I've never seen anything like this mess. Don't these folks want to make money? If they do, and I want them to-earn money, they need to care about customers. I've been on a runaround for 2 weeks. God forbid I needed oxygen containers!!
