They are horrible - their customer service department are very rude. The online ordering is not user friendly - our zip code was carried over by the insurance company. Order was addressed to correct street and city address, but zip code was wrong - order was sent back to the company, they refuse to reship or give us credit back to replace the order. This is suppose to be a perk from AARP Medicare? Really!!! another company taking advantage of the elderly.

I am unable to place my orders. One month ago I called in to place order. I was told that ny product numbers did not match products I needed. She said I must be using wrong catalog, she will mail me one, to arrive 7-10 days. Never got catalog. Today I called to ask why. in the website, online, cannot I order, just as before. I'm blind, and this runaround is frustrating and ineffective. Thx
