Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they seemed very qualified

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Their billing system is wrong, I have been over charged several times and had to argue with them, spending several hours on the phone, to try to get it fixed. Which took months. And twice they did not refund the money they wrongly took out of our account. This has been going on for years. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
