We have been very disappointed in the customer service of Norco in Idaho Falls, ID over the past two years. The staff is friendly and appears to be helpful; however, they lack the ability to follow through on orders. This has happened 3-4 times in the past two yeas and is unacceptable.
I know you (Norco) will never read this, so I will direct it to the people utilizing Norco's services. There was a general feeling of being overwhelmed which led to feeling as if I were bothering the staff. I am sure that they must have had a stressful day and I just happened to walk in for services when they were extra busy. Although I only saw two other customers there at the time. I will give them another shot and will amend my review if things improve. Even knowing that I am married to someone in the medical business and someone who recommends Norco didn't seem to make a difference in their reaction and treatment towards me. Oh, well. Maybe they missed lunch.
