I can't believe how badly they treat the disabled and elderly patients. When they make mistakes, and they always do, they treat you like you did something wrong and won't correct it until you bend over backwards to prove it. They never return phone calls and even put me on hold once and never came back to the phone. People in this town are always so nice, I never met someone so rude.

The present manager has no idea what he is doing.He told me he could bill the DOL for my oxygen supplies.I was kept in limbo for over a month then when I called to see how they were doing he told me I should go someplace else.He couldn't deal with the US DOL.Odd because the pharmacy and my lung doctor have no problem at all.two doctors told me they hate trying to deal with him.
The help in the office are great and helpful though.
I have written to corporate three times and never get a reply.I am thinking about a discrimination lawsuit.

God forbid you ever have a problem. The phone number the list on the website rings to a number that has been disconnected. the number is Spokane, 800 234-2911 answers but no one comes on the line. Another number you get on a letter, 300 288-8072 answers but when you try to ring the operators 5 digit extension, 14916 you get a recording saying they are not available. This is a shell company with no real employees. Sad.
