It took over a week to get an appointment so the staff set me up for a appointment on Friday, July 10th, 2014 at 9 AM. After multiple calls during the week with calls attempting to set me up at another time because they did not know about this appointment the big problem came 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When riding in for my 9:00 am Friday appointment I got a voicemail message 30 minutes before the appointment advising that the person scheduled to see me had a family emergency. They had no back up plan in place and were so incredibly inept I was taken aback. Totally unacceptable service, I would advise anyone to go somewhere else. I would never do business with this establishment.

poor service...sent an E-mail requesting information, never received a response, had to call back a week later for follow-up...went in for an appointment yet no one knew we were in the waiting area, waited for 20 minutes

Place is poorly managed. I have not been able to get my equipment replaced in over a month. They don't return calls. When finally talking to somebody, they claim it is in process, but they cannot explain exactly what the holdup is. The 'office manager' promises to call back with a status. Never does. She should be fired.
