I've been experiencing a problem with an oxygen concentrator for almost a year. They will not switch it out for another one. Very dissatisfied with their service.
had trouble getting oxygen, Delivered wrong wheelchair and never replaced it,Claim they never receive stop order for oxygen after two faxes were sent. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I've had very good service from Atlanta Oxygen Medical Equipment. Quick when I needed it. They are a reputable company. I gave them a cash deposit, and needed it refunded, they gave me no problems.
Very poor customer service, delivered equipment without mask or manual. Called a number listed on another site and reached a person after hours to request pick up of equipment. Was told I couldn't have left a message at that other number that they don't have voice mail. I was interrogated by this person that first identified self as sales person but later disclosed he is the owner. Finally agreed to take back equipment but repeatedly stated my story is FISHY. Would not recommend this company to anyone for service.
I don't think this company should be allowed to be in business! When someone's oxygen is running out and you CANT get oxygen from this company and the patient dies it WILL be murder. We have been begging since Saturday and today is Wednesday. This is a poor reflection on Piedmont hospital. Wish I could leave no stars.
It will take me longer to address the complaints I have with Atlanta Oxygen than it took me to write my doctoral dissertation. It if were such a rating as minus minus minus zero, then that is what I would give them. Why are they still in business?????
This company is apparently hard up for money. My doctor requested a Walker for me after being released from the hospital in March. When I received the Walker, I noticed that it was the incorrect item that I needed. I called my Dr and indicated that I preferred what is called the Rollater which has the seat and 4 wheels. I spoke with Alex in April who advised that I would have to pay a $55 co pay. I explained that my deductible was already met and he stated that I needed to turn in the Walker and pay $55.00. Today, I talked with my insurance co who stated that the Rollater should be paid at 100%, We called Atl Oxygen and NOW they are stating that I need to pay $55 for THE BASKET THAT COMES WITH THE ROLLATER!!! I'm NOT doing that! Instead, they are going to get this Walker back and I'm going to get what I need from another company! The hospital picked this company for me. I would have NEVER picked these rip off artist after seeing all of the terrible reviews!
I am an Occupational Therapist with a Home Health Company and I had the displeasure of using this company for a patient whom I love dearly for a hospital bed and wheelchair. This is by far the absolute worse experience with a DME company I've ever had in my 20 years as a therapist. They lied about the paperwork, took no responsibility for the paperwork not being processed in a timely manner, blamed the physician office and in short were just terrible throughout this process The staff were rude and even hung up on me when they grew tired of me advocating for my patients DME. IN SHORT RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE!!! I would rate a 0 if possible.
