Originally was sent to another local equipment place for my cpap. Waited over 8 days after giving all required papers and having insurance verified with no return call despite multiple call backs to check on status. Gave up and called Apria, They had me fax my information and I was set up with what I needed in less than 24 hours! What an amazing difference.
provider no longer give DMG out at location. Now getting RUN A ROUND for BC&BS, as well as Apria. This company has worst customer service than Comcast.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you got stock in this company, GET RID OF IT.
Called local number to get copy of CPAP prescription and sleep study. Instead of getting local office I got 'Ann' in the Philippines who had to have all my data then 'transferred' me to the local store. Instead got 'Michelle' in Colorado who had to have all my data then 'transferred' me to the local store. Instead I got a dead phone line then called again and got 'Teresa' in TN who had to have all my data then stated my records would be sent and put me on hold. Maybe my tele. battery is low but the overall run-around adds to the previous unpleasant contacts with Apria. It is a deal-breaker for me and I will move my business elsewhere.
