Made a phone call. Got disconnect 2 times. Finally got back to Ddney. He gave me the information I needed to return package. My concern as a formal customer service employee our voices reflect our feelings, empathy,
pleasant, irritation etc. Sadly to say your customer service Ddney and Anna voice reflected more of an irritation. Feel free to use this infor for training purposes. If I have a choose in the future I will not be using your company.

After receiving 3 consecutive incorrect orders of diabetic supplies, I just switched my mother over to Milton Medical from the supply provider she had been with for several years. In getting my mother registered, I had the pleasure of working with Dayana Cotilla, who I found to be professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made sure to keep me informed of the progress of my mother's order, and when I could expect delivery. The package came 2 days early, and was completely correct! Faith restored that there are still people and companies out there, that actually care about not only the customer, but their quality of work. Thank you Dayana, and Milton Medical!!
