They are charging me 127 dollars for an arm sling I received at the hospital when I broke my wrist. I wasn't asked if I wanted it, I wasn't told how much it would cost, and I didn't need it. I could have gone to CVS and gotten the same sling for 10$. Absolutely ridiculous. Represents everything that is wrong with the medical industry. Holmes should be ashamed of themselves.

Holmes regional is a company that charges you for returned equipment and tries to sell you parts when you do not need them. I would never deal with this company

Excellent help everytime I visited the store. It would be very helpful if I could pay my monthly bill on-line instead of writing a check.

I walked in for info on a walker for my mother. There was a line at the register 6 deep. There was only one man on the register. He sent someone into the back to get assistance for the front of the store. I waited a few minutes. No one came out to help (including the woman he originally sent back there) so I left, as the line hadn't moved in 5 minutes.

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
