This provider charged my insurance company, Blue Cross Blue Shield, $321.76 for a cheap knee brace and a back brace that I RETURNED because of cheap construction. They defrauded Medicare and my secondary provider for equipment that I sent back to them!! I verified with Medicare and BCBS that a refund was never made.
