For some reason, your phone number is not working. Did you change from Gold Coast Medical Supply? I need support for a right wrist brace I purchased from you on 9/29/14. When you fitted me, you cut the straps too short and it is hard to fit now and the thumb piece hurts to wear causing pressure on my thumb that already hurts. HELP???
