Bought a sling, patient died before use, company will NOT take return in original unopened condition because it is outside their 30 day return policy.We were a little busy with a DEATH in the family, and did not notice your return policy had expired.
I placed an order some time ago and have yet to receive it. No e-mail confirmation, although my money was received and processed. I called and was left on hold for very long times where I had to end up hanging up. Very frustrating experience!
