Not happy with customer service. They shipped out supplies without me permission, no packing slip & no invoice. Called to get reason for shipment, they will look into it. Received invoice months later. Called billing again, going to get back to me never did. Now they put me into collections!! People beware this company is not at all professional.

they have poooooooooooooor customer service . they gave me wrong info I called medicare and another agency and they both told me the same thing. this place needs a lot of work.
