They are an in-network provider through my insurance and I wanted to rent equipment from them that I need to recover from an upcoming medical procedure. They kept giving me (and my insurance customer agent) the run around. The lady I spoke to a couple times was unhelpful and had a repulsive attitude. I eventually had to go elsewhere. I don't think I will ever do business with them.

I have been assisted by Nicole Lowen, when I go to the store and over the telephone. Nicole is a very hard working professional employee.
