My son which is now 4months old was getting colostomy supply's here. I've had a issue with them ever since my son came home from the hospital. It took them over 2 weeks for me to get his supply's. This past month they didn't mail me the correct amount and when I called they said they would mail it to me but it's been over a week and I still haven't received that box I was shorted. The lady I spoke to told me I could go pick it up yet they are about 45 min from me. I shouldn't have to go out of my way for a mistake they made! I changed suppliers on Monday and received my supply from them 2 days later while I'm still waiting for my shorted box from evis medical!
