We have been using this company for about 2 years give or take, finally pushed me to far. I have been working with these folks for 7 months to get a portable concentrator for our trip in June of 2017. Half way through this agonizing process they decided they will not carry that line anymore. They had solutions but kept pushing us further down the line using Billing issues as a cover. It's now 2 days before our trip and no solution. It's true I lost my cool but the run around just got to much to handle. They dropped the ball and I'm dropping them. Look elsewhere for your home medical supply needs these people are beyond worthless. I will echo the other reviewers thoughts about their delivery guys, they are very nice and helpful
