I was looking to buy a power chair for my aunt. When I went to Wheelchair city. I was helped by Angelica and Helen. They were very kind and professional. They explained how i can apply thru medicare for my aunts power wheelchair. They took there time and I am truly great full for the great Customer Service.

I picked up a knee scooter under my primary doctors advice. Three days later I visited a specialist that said it was not required. Wheelchair City would not prorate to only the four days used. They refused and would only bill to the week or month. Sad to see company take a customers cash for simply greed.

Great Customer Service! Barbara processed my moms paperwork and her wheelchair was delivered the next day. She took time with us and did not rush us out of there. Great caring people.

My mom lives in San Diego and this company took care of all the paperwork and brought the wheelchair for my mom. They were very kind and patient with me. They are a professional company and explained the procedure to us. My mom didnt have to pay a penny. The doctor signed all the paperwork and we had the chair the next day.

I called to have my wheelchair exchanged for a smaller one. You're in for him I talk to Mark italked to Mark took care of the situation in a very professional way. He found a way to exchange the chair for me. My life is now a lot easier. Thank you wheelchair city And especially Mark.

This company should be put out of business. Over two months ago our doctor sent them the paperwork to get her a power chair through Medicare. Numerous times I called to the the status of the paperwork. They tell me there is only one person who handles power chair paperwork. Twice I called and they said they would have this person call me, she never did. Yesterday I called and was told the lady was not in, so I called back today and was told she was out. The lady I talked to checked on my wife's paperwork and told me they had not even processed the paperwork to send to Medicare. What the HELL??? Two months and it still has not been sent? Then the lady says the person who handles the paperwork goes out to doctor's offices. If that is so, then they need to hire another person to process paperwork, two months delay is not acceptable. I just got off the phone with Medicare and filed a formal complaint against this company. They should be removed from Mediare's list of providers if they can't be more efficient than this. Don't go to them to get anything from Medicare or any other providers.

I have been trying to get the status of my wife's power chair order for almost two weeks now and can't seem to get an answer. Once I called and was told the lady who handles this was not in that day and they would have her call me. NO CALL. The next time (about 3 days ago) I called I was told the lady who handles this is working from home and they would have her call me. NO CALL. If this is the way they run their business I don't see how they stay in business.

These people have been around for a long time and has always helped me with my Powerchair. I understand that Medicare is getting very strict on who they give equipment to. Marco worked on my paperwork with my doctor and got me a new chair. These people have done repairs for me and really help our community.
