have called numerous times for new hoses.they should be replaced every 6 mos. They REFUSE. Yet they bill my insurance anyway.

Don't expect a call back. You will need to keep on top of them, by calling back and checking the status of your order for durable medical goods. I left multiple messages for one person that were never returned. When I called to check status, they told me that my order was held up because they were going to call me to make certain I knew that I had a deductible to fulfill. Were going to? When? I will upgrade this review if service improves. So far, they don't seem to care much.

called on 6-29-14 at 5pm to have an emergency technician help my mother with her suction machine because it stopped working last night. They said no one can come out to her house until Monday, so if she stops breathing now, she should just call 911, since no one at your office can send a person out to replace or fix her suction machine. I spoke to Chris, and he said there is nothing he can do until Monday. So I asked for his supervisor's name he said it was Ms. Gabriella Ortiz, and I would like Ms. Ortiz to respond to this message from me. Also if you can tell me why no one has ever come out to suction my mom? There is never a respiratory therapist coming out, and everytime we call to ask them to come out he sounds like is is asleep or drunk on the phone and said he can not make it out today. Can you please have a new suction machine brought to my mothers house ASAP!!! Please call me I am her daughter Ellie at 805-409-6052!!!!!

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. Their equipment is advanced and sophisticated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I know I can always count on them.
