Medlife Medical Supply charged a "co-pay" amount in order to get my order delivered and then was paid 100% for the item a month later by my secondary insurance. Medlife never refunded my money that they originally charged my credit card and when I brought the double payment to their attention, they have not gotten back to me or refunded the amount to my credit card. Beware...

What a bunch of morons working there! The girls who answer the phone either hang up on you, disconnect you, don't answer the phone, or give you excuses that the only person you can talk to (Patrick) is "on the phone" or "out of the office." If you leave a message, don't expect a return call.
Then there's the delivery problems! They either show up amounted at your door without scheduling an appointment or notifying you. Or if they do schedule an apptmt. they never show up during the 4 hr. window of time they say they will be there. Unlike other medical supply companies who just leave the delivery at your gate, they make you wait all day to sign for it. And if you are lucky enough to receive your order, don't be surprised as they always get the order wrong!

Wish that Medlife had explained the REQUIREMENT for
IMMEDIATE visit to a LOCAL MD to get order for equipment IF MEDICARE was to start reimbursement immediately. Patient had oxygen order from prior MD (a 10 day order written from MD in state of Virginia). The patient will be responsible for 30 days of rental because communication of this requirement (or how to meet the requirement )was poor.
