These people were not very nice, but what is worse was the clear lack of cleanliness throughout the place. The bathroom was terrible and the patient room had a very bad order to it. They gave me two choices for a mask i have come to find out that there is a large selection. They rushed thru and not take the time to make sure i got everything.

NOT GOOD SERVICE, AND CLEAN THAT PLACE UP

Horrible service - if at all possible do NOT use this company. Customer care, customer service and all other "customer" departments are horrible

I just wanted to thank Pou, Edgar, Michelle and the 2 other people that helped us last week to get oxygen for my husband. Also, the young man who delivered it.
We had trouble with our Ins. but these people were very helpful in getting the oxygen for him.

Horrible experience thus far with this company! Never received a device, yet received bills. Accountant paid said bills unaware of the issue. Now we're trying to straighten out the problem. They have suspended billing but seem unwilling to refund the money paid $150x5 months. Thought the problem was resolved in April, yet the refund check never came. When I called to follow up, my point person was no longer employed there. Back to the drawing board. The concentrator was NEVER delivered. LifeCare cannot refute that because they have no proof of delivery, yet they won't refund the money. Ridiculous. I will tell all my medical professional friends to avoid LifeCare at all costs! I'd rate them at "zero", but that's not an option. I will share this will all medical professionals I know so they don't refer this company to their patients!

What a terrible company I have to call up to 6 times to get supplies deliver to my house they always mess up with the order, deliver the wrong stuff, missing supplies and sometimes they either ignore my order because when I call to see why supplies have not arrived after a week of waiting theyask who took my order because there is no order in system. I had enought I'm calling hospital to see if I can get refer to other company. If I could give them a score of minus I would

Their response is very slow. We have to call their customer service several times to get assistance for their service. Since these people dealing with life line of the patients such as oxygen equipment provider they need to be more responsive for customers immediate need. I have to call their customer services several in several actions to receive services.

I was given the run around. I have medicare and blue shield and the Hmo approved the equipment but for some reason, the staff will not fill a prescription that was given to them over 2 weeks ago. I spoke with the staff supervisor and all that was needed was a start date on the rx. That was faxed over by the doctor office and now they are telling me the quality is bad. Not my fault. They should have faxed it to the doctor. I do not know why they are saying my doctor is not responding when he responded within 5 minutes of me getting in touch with him. I feel trapped with this company and in danger of further complications because of my sleep apnea.

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me
