I don't know how the hell these people stay in business! They are so rude, kept putting me on hold and I waited and waited for her to get back to the phone! She didn't seem to know what she was doing, One person tells you one thing and another tells you something else. I could barely hear her talking, so quiet! That's it, I'm done!..taking my business somewhere else! Totalyl inadequate employees!

I have waited and waited and waited… for phone connection and have been on hold for an unbelievable amount of time with no success!!!!
I no longer need the oxygen tanks that were provided in December, so I want them picked up. On the back of the order form, it says that within a "reasonable amount of time" if the equipment is not returned, I will have to purchase the equipment!!! This is ambiguous and tends to threaten the user. On the front of the order form, many mistakes are made such as my phone number etc. I was quite ill when the equipment was delivered and thus did not notice the inaccuracies. I hope that I will not ever need to work with this company again.

WARNING!! Stay Away from these People. They have No Care about how they treat their Clients. Just a Big Run around with Billing no one Helps. I was Charged, although I canceleda Product.

Worst billing service ever. I have lived in the same place for the past 5 years and they changed my address to somewhere I have never lived. They billed me there and refused to bill my secondary insurace. They didn't receive payment because theybilled the wrong address and decided to put me in collections. Now they refuse to bill by secondary again because they will be denied for timely filing.

We have been waiting 2 months to get a walker delivered and each time we call it is excuse after excuse. They lost the fax 2 times then on the third time they finally received it. Company never calls you back when you leave a message.

This is the most incompetent company, in the medical field, I have ever experienced. I have spent close to three months dealing with this inept firm. Top to bottom, they give you lip service, but nothing else. Employees don't even know who runs this organization. Is it a President or a CEO, who knows? Employees don't have a clue! My prescription from my Robotic Back Surgeon Dr. Moazzaz has been ignored. There is "no attention to detail", "no follow up", only excuses. How are you still in business? Thoroughly disgusted. This firm is unprofessional in ever way and have no standards. I would advise all medical customers to go elsewhere for their medical needs. This firm is totally unacceptable!

You need to rate this place zero stars. They actually make up fake invoices and send them to you a year later. Then when you ask for a copy of the actual order they never send it. Instead they send you to a collection agency. Stay far away from these con artist!

This company has time and again given us faulty equipment, beyond subpar stuff, it literally broke and one piece almost caught on fire. Our son has a trach and he needs suctioning from his 'portable' suction. Well this machine Life Care Solutions gave us only worked for 2 suctions in a car ride that was 18 minutes to the San Diego Rady Childrens Hospital. Our son was vomiting so much that it was getting into his trach stoma and he was aspirating vomit and needed suctioning. It stopped working and our son started turning blue. We were almost there so we gunned it to the ED, my son is alive but this could've been prevented with better equipment. We trusted these folks. Portable means portable. We found out the machine and it's battery weren't suppose to be given out, they were suppose to be decommissioned. Sounds like the whole company and it's terrible customer service needs to be decommissioned. This company is what's wrong with the private sector. No heart, no soul, no apology.
