horrible as described above, contacted them over 2 weeks ago for 6 month supplies and still pending auth, auth people say no request submitted.

This company is beyond bad. They are part of Rotech Healthcare Inc and will overbill you. CHECK YOUR INSURANCE EOB CAREFULLY! They send you a bill based on their "estimated" patient responsibility, which in my case has always been double what my insurance says I should pay. Then you spend hours and multiple phone calls to their billing department in FLORIDA to get it corrected. If your doctor recommends this company, ask him/her to suggest another.

No matter what you need from this place, it is always a problem. You have to explain, then re explain and get to the point where you look for somewhere to leave a nasty review.

Their staff was not friendly at all! They have no professionalism whatsoever. every week deliveries of liquid oxygen are missed yet they blame the patient for their driver not reading instructions on what time to deliver. They change delivery days on a patient without notice to them further extending their delivery window and put a patients life in jeopardy of not having oxygen. For a patient that is on 24 hour o2 I would not use this company as they can not be depended on. Staff was rude and did not have any customer service skills at all. Gloria manager of the operation did not return any phones calls regarding my complaint. 0 star business and should be shut down by health officials. Next report will be to the medicare quality improvement board to start an investigation into their wrongful practices.
