Just spent 38 minutes on the phone listening to the same two messages over and over, ad infinitum! After a statement that states that Apria is experiencing a large amount of call traffic today and if you wish to be connected with a receptionist press "zero", if not stay on the line to preserve your place in line. Press ZERO to your hearts content, you'll just be circled back into, "we are experiencing a high volume ---------. Spent most of yesterday, May 28, 2013, at various times trying to order some air hoses and water bottle for the concentrator that I rent from Apria. I do understand jammed switchboards with customer service reps tearing their hair out. We've all had days like that! BUT I started phoning at 8am, got an "office not open yet" statement. Placed another call at 8:25 and got the canned run around until I had had enough at 9:05. Seems to me that Apria does NOT want to stay business, if this is the way that they handle requests for merchandise, oxygen, etc. p.s.I'm writing a letter (snail mail) to order my supplies. Thank You

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
