The phone call to the Wellness center was excellent from start to finish. The customer service representative was a kind and people-oriented individual.
It perplexed my wife and me while trying to assemble the AirTouch F20 Cushion. They placed us with a technician named Mr. Mike. He immediately began talking to us; we did not understand, so he went and gained a cushion from a mannequin.
Once he showed how the cushion fit on we immediately caught on. This employee needs a raise. Thanks for hiring personnel of this caliber.

The initial appointment with when we got the machine was great. The problem was the customer service after that. Good luck on getting call backs, Very small staff with limited abilities. Hope your experience is better than mine.
