I am not impressed with the impersonal treatment. they neve disclose their billing and estimated monthly fees. I would not recommend them. I switched providers.
I have had problems with getting supplies sent to me but I had a very nice chat with Chelsee today and she has assured me that my stuff is being sent and is going to give me a variety to see which fits better for me when I was told there were only two types cannulas for my nose.
Lincare is very unresponsive when it comes to having them retrieve their equipment. We finally resorted to taking it back to them ourselves at considerable inconvenience to us.
