Left my wife stranded at HRMC!!! Used some lame excuse that Suddenlink was to blame!!! They WILL pay my wife's extra nights stay due to their incompetence!!!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

They were explained, but not thoroughly
