I think these people do not care about their patients. It is very hard to get in touch with them, as the number online is a PRIVATE number. I know, because it has been MY phone number over twenty years. Granted, these patients calling me locally should be calling the LOCAL number in Baldwin County. 251-928-4922. Instead they are calling what is supposed to be a toll free number starting with an 877 area code. The rest of the number is mine with a 251 area code. I have complained to the manager several times. The patients are having a hard time getting the help they need. You wouldn’t believe the heartbreaking messages I receive on voicemail by older patients...My own doctors are in Fairhope and at first I just wouldn’t answer the phone, if I didn’t recognize the number. I’ve missed several important calls relating to my lab work doing that. Now I’ve become their answering service! Good luck people, if you are trying to reach “Proffessional” Health Care and get me instead.
