No major issues so far. other than being timely but that usually stems from the insurance companies being overzealous about order info when determining wether they will pay or not. Have had dealings with them since Sept. 2019.

GO SOMEPLACE ELSE and save yourself from the frustration of doing business with this medical supply company. I don't think anyone has a brain here. Everything they have tried to supply me with gets messed up. My CPAP was over three weeks delayed because the CPAP Girl, Candy, forgot about me. When you ask for a call back, you don't get one. Robi is the manager and she is a nice lady, and she is the only one with a brain, but I always have to escalate a situation to her to get something as simple of the supplies I paid for. They are ridiculous. I hate doing business with them.

They delivered a wheelchair and other supplies to the rehab center for my mother last year just fine. No problem.

However, it is a year later and I'm still receiving bills and it is impossible to call a human being. You are asked to leave a message and will receive a return phone call in 7 - 10 days!! REALLY? WHO DOES THAT? It's worse. They never call back. Make sure you understand terms and charges at time of rental or you are out of luck.

Refused to accept doctors prescription for bedside commode because the doctor called it a potty chair (as do I). I will use a company that at least has some common sense.
