One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
They give you the wrong stuff and when you go to get the right stuff they want to charge you again I'm sure glad i don't have to get pills from them if they can't tell the right cream how can you trust them for pills, and I will report thi8s to tri care because this is the 2nd time
