Safeway Pharmacy on Miller St in Wenatchee WA always has a reason why they messed up an order once again. Usually they blame it on the Dr's office but last time they blamed it on me! I had been going through a worker's comp claim, but went in with a script for antibiotics for a head cold. I told them to use my personal insurance for the claim. After an hour the young gal told me they would need a prior auth and it would take a week! She got pissy when I asked why and gave me the phone number to my insurance. I found out it was not my normal insurance, but the one for the L&I claim....they do not listen to people!
