I made a phone call about a prescription refill. The person from the pharmacy was not unfriendly or unhelpful. What was difficult was her phone manner which seemed a bit lazy. She mumbled so much I couldn't understand half of what she said -- and my hearing is okay. Perhaps someone could coach the staff to be more articulate and not mumble! One wants to be sure the correct prescription is being discussed!
