I have alway received excellent service from Lookout Medical. My contact person there is Gina and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The Respiratory staff there is wonderful and very helpful with all my CPAP concerns. My aunt has her Oxygen thru them and is very satisfied. The drivers are all kind and helpful. The office staff is always helpful.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They were definitely suspicious when I tried to refill my prescription, even though I explained my whole situation to them. I left very frustrated and offended. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. MY MOYHER IS 78 YRS OLD, HER HOUSE BURNT DOWN, AND SHE CAME TO FL W/ME FOR A VAC. THE WOMEN IN THE OFFICE ARE RUDE, AND CARE LESS IF SHE EVER HAD OXYGEN BECAUSE IT WASNT FROM THEM,THEY NEED THEIR MACHINE BK FIRST. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, CALL ME FIRST 321-200-5475, DO NOT SPEAK TO GINA,IT IS A WASTE OF TIME, OR TRY IT AND YOU WILL AGREE. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TOLD "NO YOU LISTEN TO ME" AND YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER. I AM NOT HER CHILD OR HUSBAND,HOPEFULLY SHE DOESNT HAVE ANY. I PROMISE THERE IS MORE MEDICAL SUPPLIES THAN THIS ONE.
